Bank of Scotland

I am user of bank of scotland and have just been in to use the 'NEW' coin-less bank... unpleasant atmosphere and overall very useless bank. I will now be using bank of scotland Falkland for all my banking needs as it was much more inviting, friendly & helpful.

Utterly pointless branch, they can't give out cash. Since they have been refitted they still have staff but can only dispense cash from the atm to a maximum of £500.

Soul less bank. Unfriendly staff.

I tried to open an account with this bank,the staff were not friendly or welcoming,very frustrating experience, after not answering my questions,when I said I'd just open an account at my husband's bank their reply was just to ask where he banked. Do banks just not need new customers?

....always find the staff very friendly....has all I need....depositing money...and taking money out

I haven't used the cupar branch since the counter's were removed.
