Staff wouldn't print out one piece of paper for a customer of five years. Disgrace.

Excellent staff...very helpful.
Excellent location too, although parking can be tricky in a car, I ride a motorcycle...so not a problem.
Always clean & tidy inside.

I will come to the point, This is for the man on the door be KIND and don't talk to your customers like you did to me OK. You know who you are and next time I will make a official complaint to your head office.

Not helpful at all

Staff are friendly enough but always try to usher you to the paying in machine, I cant stand this pathological obsession with 'tech' and prefer the human touch to be honest. This branch seems to be 'closed' very often, and seemingly for any reason... very annoying and inconvenient.

Hello there, they are always happy to customers. Appreciate they can be short staffed on occasions but they do their best to assist people.
