I had ordered bleach powder and developer (I had originally ordered the same items from another site and it turned out to be a scam site so I was very wary of ordering the same thing from somewhere else) but Coolblades were brilliant and I will be shopping here again. My order arrived quickly and the products were securely packaged in the box. I also received updates on my orders (when they had been processed and when to expect delivery) which is brilliant as some companies can leave you guessing as to when your orders will be arrived.

I never write reviews but this I had to share I purchased a pair of gamma clippers from coolblades when I received them today there was hair on the clipper blade. I emailed coolblades to tell them that I believe they had been used and as you can clearly see there is hair on the clipper blade. The email back was insulting they told me that fibres from the factory get stuck on the clipper due to the clippers being oiled. Never heard so much rubbish

These guys have the best and very rare products in their catalog.
And they have the best prices. Extremely huge discounts if compare with US/EU stores.
They are very flexible to the customers. In my case, they added Andorra to the delivery list at my request. And then they solved all tax/custom issues! My case was very difficult (even non-resolvable). And the support regulated everything immediately.

Really impressed with my CoolBlades experience.
I received a set of straighteners which was faulty with a loose connection.
On contacting CoolBlades customer services via email the response was immediate and my issue was quickly rectified with a replacement posted same day and refund due for the faulty pair with emails keeping me up to date. 10/10 customer service. Very happy

I can’t fault this company! They have been superb with my orders. Always arriving the very next day with DPD (thank god they don’t use Hermes!). I’ve even tried my luck and ordered slightly after the cut off time and they have still dispatched for next day delivery! Always correct and well packed. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. First time I used Cool Blades yesterday. Very impressed with their prices. Ordered at 3.30pm, my goods arrived this morning at 10.00 am. Excellent service, shall definitely use this company again. Highy recommended.
