Boots

Friendly staff who served me with a smile and helpful too. The pharmacy is particularly very helpful and reassuring. I walked in with my daughter and the pharmacist took time to examine her and guide us toward the right product we needed and reassured our spirit and mind.

I've been using the Pharmacy frequently for many years for my son's regular medication and I would like to say that Sarah in the Pharmacy is fantastic. She is really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. On the odd occasion when there has been an issue, she has sorted it out very quickly. I cannot praise her highly enough. Thank you very much Sarah!

They should open at 8 am, but they never actually open at 8 am!
Is always either 08:10, 08:05, 08:15 etc.
Is is a pharmacy, so please respect your customers and open at exactly 08:00.
Also the shop is always dirty, not tidy at all, the floor is a mess most of the times.
The staff members are alright , some of them, but the staff members from the actual pharmacy, most of them they treat you without respect, they do not listen to your medical problems, they keep you to wait for your prescription for a long time, they speak to you quite rude and they have a bad attitude towards you.
It is one particular lady from the pharmacy which i have in my mind now. Her name is Sarah. If you see her serving at the till, better choose to speak with someone else ( if you have this possibility ). She is so rude with the customers , you never feel welcomed and listened to there, by all of the staff members actually, but this lady Sarah talking bad with the customers , her voice is loud , she raise her voice once even to myself.
So this whole place is a JOKE!
Avoid if you can!

Driven here 30 mins on purpose to take part in their cosmetic recycling scheme only to find out the store does no longer participate (despite being listed as doing so online). The product I wanted to buy is also full price in the shop compared to half price online. Very poor show Boots. I shall switch to Lloyds Pharmacy for the future.

Always a miserable experience going into this store. The staff hardly speak to you and look so depressed. I’d feel better using a machine to check out.

My Gp send electronic prisciption to boots on 12 January when we went to boots they said Gp never sent it. All weekend my little daughter has a pain, Monday I went to boots and they dint it on the shelf. 2 times I went to boots both time they couldn’t find it.
The 2 lady’s in pharmacy they are very rude and they don’t take the job seriously.
Today I toke contacts with my solicitor to start legal action against them.
