Awesome experience! I got my helix pierced by this wonderful place yesterday and I'm in love with it. Staff were professional, friendly and made the process so quick and simple. I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff were lovely, really professional, set my daughter at ease as she really wanted it but was very nervous at the same time, after it was done she even got a lolly, I'd highly recommend these for all the family, we all walked away very happy & my daughter is loving showing off her new pretty earrings .

Bella was very helpful on the phone when enquiring about extensions and she literally got me in that day I left the shop after having my weave fitted , satisfied with service and so happy within myself after having a nightmare with my hair from a previous person who fitted a weave at another salon Bella listened to what is was I wanted and did her very best to make sure she did a good job and that I was happy, massive Thankyou. Staff always helpful and so kind and lovely to speak to ❤️

The staff are all amazing .very friendly and helpful. I had an issue over getting a piercing and they helped me to get what I wanted. Staff can't be any better.

Helix piercing healed after moths (as it should), but I can't change it for another diameter or it gets messy. I asked for advice whether I should go for straight or round piercing for it to heal better and got told it should be fine either way. Did not come across experienced. I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't concerned.
The staff did the bare minimum. My ear started bleeding loads and all I got was a single (ah the school classic) rock hard green paper towel and a goodbye.
First "professional" piercing studio I've gone to and got no reason to come back and not try another place.

I go here every time for all my body piercings. The staff are very welcoming as well as having a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. I was made to feel very comfortable, at ease and was also given excellent after care advice. Would highly recommend.

I attended today for a helix and tragus piercing. Gemma knew I was very nervous. She calmed me down and distracted me so I didn't feel the pain as much and did not get scared. It made me feel so comfortable and I appreciate that she did this. Such friendly staff! I will definitely be coming back for more piercings to this store.
