Disappointed about change of their lunch time. My medication was urgent had to make do without. Very dissatisfied.

Useless pharmacy staff. A Chinese pharmacist did not want to provide me with the free morning after pill because 'he did not have the time,' and it 'takes too long to do.' He advised me to go to the pharmacy by Sittingbourne hospital where he stated it was free. He wrote the address on a receipt. I went there and they said they do not offer the free pill and charged me £25. Do not bother with boots pharmacy in Sittingbourne. They will not attend to your needs.

Great Customer Service although not a great selection due to smaller shop. Christmas gifts a bit hit and miss.
