Very convenient for me as on my way home, love their advantage card.
5th star lost to:
Mostly only 1 person available for checkout even though they do have more counters in place. And
They don't update baby food stock frequently!

Nice store. Has a lot of range of products. But never on the shelves for purchase. It’s always tomorrow or later in the week when I ask but it never arrives.

Staff don’t want to rush to tills to serve you and you need to ask them to jump on the till to serve you. Didn’t ask for a boots advantage card and made a face when i handed it over to her.
Local and convenient.

This is not a good visit for me as I ask medicide for covid. And there is not much info and also old blode short hair lady waiting for rushing and not ask at all about loyalty card. And in return, I got a rough answering no to me for adding loyalty boot card. Disappointed!!

Amazing member of staff working i believe her name is Hennaa. She found the products i was looking for and even carried my shopping basket. She was very helpful and kind and looked after me. She provided me with the best customer service i have ever received in any other Boots stores. Truly a hardworking young girl and an Asset to the Business.

Excellent service and very polite Staff. Went for my free over 50 (just) Flu jab. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

The store was clean and presentable. However there were a lot of spaces on the shelves with items sold out. So that didn't look good. The manager also kept straying away from the till to straighten up the presentation of items on the shelf. So by the time he got back to the till there were customers waiting to be served with some of them having to wait in a long queue.

The male pharmacist was very informative and offered a range of choices to ensure the best possible outcome. I also appreciated the friendly customer assistant and the store being so clean and well kept.
