Boots

Boots has a Great array of stuff! I will be completely honest and say apart from the Pharmacy, there is limited sections for a man. Makeup and beauty products take up the majority of all outlets in my hometown of Norwich, and I am sure the same applies to other stores too. I have visited the boots stores with my sister on Many occasions, as they do give you discounts on their next purchase. I, like any brother or boyfriend or husband is left in limbo to wait while the other," for a good half an hour" who rubs tester cream onto her hand to check its a match? What's all that about? I cannot fault the staff, as they are helpful and extremely polite. Maybe add a " other half " chair with entertainment while the better half takes forever to decide? All in all, can't fault Boots and their staff. St Steven's Norwich does what it says on the tin.

I go to boots on a regular basis and they are always helpful and very nice.
So yes, I would recommend this place without thought. Lots of bargains to be had and if you can't find something they will find it for you. LFT's run out fast here.

Boots at longwater is a very nice store well stocked and clean.
Has a good variety of products and friendly helpful staff.
A very good pharmacy section.
The store is very clean and there's always someone to help you.

Everything is always out of stock!!
No exaduration. The last 4 times I have been in there, what I've gone in for has been out of stock!!
Waste of my time and petrol. TIP if something is on promotion - order more as it WILL sell faster!! Not dificult to work that out. Security guard was very kind and helpful, unlike the Boots staff!!

Have to say Laura ( i think ) ( with glasses ) today was outstanding.
She was serving near the door today about 5pm . Can't thank her enough !
She deserves a pay rise .

Great store for the local community of Riverside residents. Large-sized Boots with Pharmacy. Great choice of products and has everything you need. Customer service was good.

Convenient as it is open later than a lot of other Boots however baby dept doesn't seem to be stocked well regularly

Came at 4.30pm on Saturday 14.08.2021. Baby section of the shop has been made into a Covid-19 vaccination centre.
Pharmacy was very busy, took about 15 mins to get served. Queues at the till were long but moved quickly, no self-pay machines.
Went again 03 01.2022 and the pharmacist i saw was very helpful. She managed to get me some prescription tablets to tide me over until my pharmacist opened (2 days worth). This was above and beyond as she could have said no, try another chemist. 👌
