Make up, food, prescriptions and a whole lot of other things available at this boots. Located inside St George's Shopping centre. Staff are friendly and checkout is quick and efficient. They do offer a click and collect service, photo kiosk aswell. Don't think they have an opticians on this one as there's one round the corner in St Ann's.

If I could describe this pharmacy in one word I would say rubbish! This is supposed to be a place where you get medicines and things to improve your health but at this rate this place is going to drive my mad.

I wanted to get my prescription and I was assisted by whom I will not mention because of privacy reasons. Anyway I showed this man the letter which was my prescription letter to get two children tablets. When I was telling him about it he was too busy fiddling around and on his phone, poor customer service. He told me that wait a second and let me ask the pharmacist. My mind spun around, isn't he the pharmacist . I was looking at them talking and my emotions just hit the roof. He was nodding his head and looking as if he was not understanding the prescription letter. I mean how is he going to tell his colleague then what it says. Moving on he came back and started saying I can get you an adult tablet and a child's tablet for two tomorrow but there was a problem of what he was saying... On the prescription it says that I need 2 tablets for children so where did the adult tablets come from!?! So we argued back and forth of what it says on the letter and obviously I won. So he said that you can get the children tablets tomorrow. I left there angry and annoyed.

He was just a waste of my time. Tomorrow when I pick my tablets up I will never return there ever again!

I booked weeks in advance for holiday vaccinations for my family at the pharmacy, 1 hour before I get a voicemail saying the pharmacist is unwell and unable to do them so they are cancelling the appt. I am not unsympathetic if this was genuinely the case but I giving only 1 hrs notice before the appt I have my doubts and am now left in a position where there is no time / appointments available to get vaccinated before going away!

Done shopping today the item clearly shows buy 3 with price of 2 but unfortunately the lady said it’s only in shelves for Christmas but charged me for 3 while keep said charged me for 2 after check the receipt than she refunded but still not showed in my account don’t how long it might take but please always check your receipt they are fraud sorry to say

Nice big store with loads of choice. I went in to look at the 50% sale & cosmetics.
Only 2 manned tills with quite a long queue, but at least everyone was fairly quick so only waited about 5 mins.

Horrible experience.

- Was the first customer in the store, came in at 9:00am on the dot.
- WAITED 20 minutes FOR MY CLICK&COLLECT
- Asked how long will it take as I got work, got told ‘ there’s loads of packages, they need to find through, there’s so many’
- that’s not my problem, that’s boot’s problem.
Why am I waiting 20 MINUTES for a click and collect.
- I switched from superdrug to boots, and been a boots customer for over 6 months.
I spend around £100 in your store each month… and this is how you get treated.
- Indian lady on the till; I had £2 on my points card and a £2 product she said I cannot use my points…??
- In the end she used them.
- After I left the till she was discussing my issue with the points card with another customer… surly that’s breaking some GDPR rules but hey.

Sorry but if you’re expecting good customer service and happy customers, hire some more staff, and maybe train your existing staff.
It’s not my fault there’s many packages. SORT THEM OUT. Clearly whatever form of storage system you have isn’t working out.

Wont be returning to boots, switching back to Superdrug.

An Awful experience and Worst inhumane service that you would expect from a pharmacy and a pharmacist.
Female pharmacist Not willing to work and try to shoo you away by telling a false waiting time over 20 minutes while no one else is waiting for prescription.
She Told me that it is “illegal“ to issue the same medicine with a different brand then what is prescribed. RUBBISH.
It’s written on her face that she doesn’t want to work.
Extremely unhelpful lady in wrong profession.
NEVER GOING BACK UNLESS THE LAST OPTION ON EARTH.

Awful experience in this store. Since I work near by I thought I get some occasional but I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. Some staff are unapproachable and they stereotype. I was clearly lost trying to look for a particular item but thought I try finding it myself before I asked a member of staff. I notice a worker watching and following me around as if I was going to steal!
