Boots

They no longer have a drive thru window. It was very convenient as I have a disabled son.
They also NEVER answer the phone. Pharmacy lady is very nice though. Hence the 2 stars

I went to this boots last week and I would just quickly like to thank customer advisor I think her name was Ralis for being a great help.. She told me where everything I needed was and even advised me with a good skin care product. Thank you for such great customer service !

I have been ringing the pharmacy since 10 am with no reply. They either have the volume turned down or are just ignoring the phone. I was recommended to this pharmacy after a terrible service from my usual one but am now wondering if this was a mistake. Instore service of pharmacy is good but trying to speak to anyone is impossible.

Unable to contact pharmacy or general enquiries by phone. I’ve been trying for over 8 hours. Not the first time either. Really a poor and frankly dangerous way to treat people needing medication and often inept at dispensing the correct prescriptions. Even in store the queue for pharmaceuticals is unacceptable. What has happened to Boots!!

Popped in for a cold remedy,out of stock ☹.
Had to get a boots brand instead.The shop is well stocked,ample parking.

Picking up a prescription, very busy and had a long wait. However staff still very professional despite long queue, also very friendly and didn't compromise on customer service

I collected an online order, but whilst in store, I purchased additional items. Great prices on named brands, so I was very happy. Staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is easy and plentiful .

The store had ran out of bags which was annoying but Giulia customer service made up for it during a busy day after boxing day she was polite and had smile on face even though it was late in day. Thank you for your help Giulia.
