They don't ever answer their phones so the process of enquiring, ordering, checking if your medication has arrived involves visiting the store sometimes 3 or 4 times. I have spent many, many hours of 2 years or more trying to call. I've even called when physically in the store. The phone rings and rings and nobody will answer it.

Absolutely disgusting service at the pharmacy! Queued up for 40minutes to be told by the arrogant man behind the counter “our system is slow I can’t put your prescription through” he then told me to come back later, so obviously it wasn’t impossible to do my prescription it was just that he refused to. Avoid this pharmacy if you don’t like having your time wasted.

Shamefull, I was waiting for over 45 minutes, when turn to be mine, the lady at the counter served a lady 3 people behind me, I have complained and I have been ignored and insulted from the lady which was served. All to be observed from other staff which than they than served me quickly, this should never happen in pharmacy as all people which are waiting are in need of medicine, so should wait for their turn. While my daughter was waiting for her medicine in car with 40.5 degree temperature.
This people should not be working in such a place because they should never do this kind of differences, unethical.

This is a shame.

Picked up some online orders this afternoon at this Boots. The guy manning the collection point/till by the front door was super friendly, and gave such a pleasant manner. Thank you!

Disappointing service in the Pharmacy. They NEVER answer their phone. Queues are long because the staff are not organised. They send out text messages to collect your order only for you to be told wait 40mins as its not ready. I will move from this branch.

The Pharmacy staff are so rude and unhelpful it’s shocking. No initiative whatsoever, and no genuine care for the customer. Might aswell put a self service machine there.

Had nearly everything I needed. I was hoping to find the Covonia Medicated Sore Throat Lozenges and the Boots Glycolic Acid Body Cream. Please get these
