Boots

Avoid the pharmacists at this store as much as you can! Extraordinarily rude and inflexible. On top of that the pharmacist closes before the rest of the shop but not advertised clearly. Boots should definitely improve their customer service at the pharmacist counter, the two people of their staff were quite unpleasant and wouldn't allow taking a prescription for being less than 1 minute late with the consequent abuse towards you.

Small store with most essential items. Wanted to purchase an item on display on special offer. When the member of staff went to get it was not available. Only an empty box on display.

I visited yesterday and was thoroughly impressed with the politeness and efficiency of the pharmacist at this branch. She knew what I was looking for and how to obtain them at a good price. She was smiley throughout the interaction and did not mind going the extra mile.

My wife and I have booked an appointment for a travel vaccination. The appointment has been cancelled with no attempt to contact us - no email, text or phone call has been extended to us - and we both had to take half day off from work to attend it.
We feel very disappointed and morally and materially hurt.

Good selection of products and friendly pharmacist. The pharmacy stays open later at weekends, than the other branch down near Monument Station.

Medium city store with loads of quick every day essential items. Friendly staff.

Good store, was able to find mostly all of the medicines.

Probably their pharmacist saved my day (… I do not know yet 🤔, we are talking now, in the morning 😉) I am dealing with a terrible back pain. It is getting better but still hurt like the hell. She (… the pharmacist) was listening patiently, she answered my questions, she provided me solutions such as painkillers with instruction, cream, and you can have different types of tapes too…
… oh and I really like the construction solution of this store. You enter and everything is at your feet
