Used to be a great store, but now they seem to be understaffed.
I came by a few times, tried to book an appointment online at No7 for the Derm Scan and first time I arrived the security staff were more helpful than the staff on the shop floor! I’ve walked around to ask if anyone is at the No7 counter idk why this one lady is so rude, gave one word answers and walked off, one time she didn’t even answer me and just pointed in a random direction?????? Horrific customer service :(
After about 20-30 minutes of waiting I was told no appointment was booked (a system fault), then told the scanner takes 2 days to charge. I was told by another member of staff at another Boots store it takes 20 minutes to charge?????
The lady was willing to book me for next week but I wasn’t sure of my schedule. I booked again though, for today only to be told whoever is working at the No7 counter isn’t in today. Maybe it’s just my luck!! But can’t keep coming back for more disappointment :(

Could you clean, the skincare products are full of dust on it, some of them very expensive ones, like a face moisture is £40 but I don’t wanna pay that much when the package is dusty and looks like it’s been there for many years.

Also, why you so sad when serving your customers??? No smile, al leat you can fake it

Absolute pants! We have officially become a third world country when a company like Boots prohibits it’s limited staff from answering the bloody telephone! I have tried to call a few stores for the past half an hour via all the available options and it just keeps ringing before cutting out eventually!

Ordered from Amazon, soon Boots will pack up shop and close for good, just a matter of time and probably for the best!

One of the worst retail store ever. Customer service at this particular branch is DEAD. Pharmacy staffs are like numbed statues. Rude, emotionless staff. Customer service at the Till is horrible. No THANK YOU or SMILE or any sort of welcoming feelings.They behave as if they been enslaved to work at this particular Boots. Train your staff or get rid of them. 0/0

Just to pick up medication which is already sent by gp is approximately 40 minutes wait. Staffs service is very slow and and there is always huge que. If u need assistant help no one is available to help you. This boots either needs to put more workers in to serve people or has to find other solution such as self service pick up medication.

Needed to get a prescription. Quite a long queue with limited staff on the day. However, one member of pharmacy team walked towards the queue asking customers to tell her if we were waiting to collect or put a prescription in. If we responded put a prescription in, she took it to check if item(s) were actually in stock. Really good plan of action to help reduce the waiting time. I was very happy about that strategy. 😊

Had an amazing customer experience in the opticians department all thanks to Erica. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions with great knowledge.

Beautiful Store, clean and tidy but very bad service. Staff take ages to respond or dealing with customers. They all running around behind the tills like they are very busy. Customer stay in the queue too long. To wait their turn.
