Quite a large busy store. There are some beauty counters at the front and rest of standard boots things behind. They do offer makeup recycling box, see image.

Always buy No 7 products and this time took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. A very helpful assistant helped me find what I wanted. A useful tip if youve used the same products for years is to take a photo on your phone so when you walk into the shop you can show the assistant exactly what you want.

Love this shop. The have everything here. All you need for your health and well-being and feel good products. Staff is amazing. Ready to give you advice, recommendations or just a little bit of help to choose the right products that suits you.

Walk in asked if they were doing flu jams. I was escorted to the area, has the jab immediately. No waiting. All very pleasant and friendly.

All items I wanted found, help available as staff walking through the shop floor. All in all a good experience.

Took some reading glasses back which I had purchased from Brentwood boots opticians with a gift card .. glasses faulty despite having a receipt both managers store and opticians were unhelpful and said they couldn’t refund as Brentwood was a concession store .. after an hour they gave in and refunded to my debit card Appalling service unprofessional I will never use boots again

One of the best Boots I have visited, 2 floors of stock, the staff were very helpful and patiently took me around most of hair products to find what would help me.

Pretty regular boots I can't lie. It just get super busy at times so just be prepared to queue.
They have a pharmacy here too so it's like a one stop shop for beauty and essentials.
