Boots

A really poor offering by Boots. Called the store for the days in a row and they never bothered to answer. Eventually made my way there and had a flu jab. Ralph Cohen the pharmacist is the only positive thing I can find to comment on and he was very helpful.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy. Collecting routine prescriptions, four people behind the counter, no customer queue. Asked to wait for 20 mins (why does it take 20 mins to find a few boxes and enter a spreadsheet?) but am told when I come back that they had just left my prescription on the side and not bothered with it. It would be another 20 mins out of my work morning. Total joke! If it was a normal business I'd demand my money back. Avoid if you can.

USELESS!!!!! literally useless. The continued change of staff in the pharmacy speaks volumes for their incompetence. How dare someone so say to me to ring 111 for a repeat because i requested it 2 days earlier. I think they are making rules as they go along in there!!!!

Awful service at end counter, short staff,no apologies, they make you feel sorry for them...who ever is the manager of this awful boots they obviously are not doing their job correctly..

Typical small boots, nothing exceptional, useful in a pinch, though don't expect anything close to a full range

Extremely rude counter staff and the Supervisor is even ruder. How can Boots employ such rude and disrespectful staff. Will never set foot in this branch again.
