Excellent B&B near Kilmarnock.. lovely owners running a delightful place with amazing breakfast - fresh eggs from the backyard chickens, local produce and fantastic service. Brilliant location, quiet and beautiful. High standard of decoration throughout, great attention to detail - very homely and welcoming :) We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful B&B. Rooms are immaculate and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very nice, well presented and you also get lots of other choice if you don't want a 'full scottish'. Friendly approachable hosts.

Gerry and Nicola are fantastic hosts. The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast is amazing and well worth a try, as they use fresh eggs from the home-raised chickens (highly recommended). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

What an exceptional B&B, modern in renovations and beautifully done. Owners are very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay. The room with the sitting room was perfect. Hubby and I needed rejuvenation and we received it.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

50 years experience of staying in B&Bs. This is one of the best. Everything so clean. Hosting brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. If only more B&Bs were like that. Excellent value.
