We have just returned from a 4 night stay at 32 Townhouse in Narberth. We were greeted by the lovely, jolly Alex, who showed us to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. She apologised for the building work that was going on and assured us it wouldn't disturb us too much. The room was tidied and fresh towels were provided each day-we can't really fault it. Our bed, although comfy, was a little too soft for us (as we prefer a firm mattress and pillows) but that's really down to personal preference. A particular mention needs to go to Alex, Dan and Jasmine who were so accommodating. Alex went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one-such an enthusiastic lady who greeted us every day with a huge smile and advice on places to visit , how to get there etc. She even offered to take one of the guests to the train station. Jasmine was very attentive and cheerful providing us with our breakfast orders and a good supply of tea and coffee. Dan also offered advice on places of interest and was knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing seemed to much trouble.
There was a good choice of breakfast- we both enjoyed a Full English (the produce was of a high standard and it was cooked really well) and we were surprised how filling the avocado and poached egg was. My favourite was the melba toast with maple syrup. The croissants were also beautifully fresh and so tasty-we had to try one each day just to make sure of course! The diet starts tomorrow! :) We ate at Top Joe's on our first night which was incredible-I would highly recommend it. The pizzas were probably the best we've eaten since our trip to Rome-they were absolutely delicious.

What a lovely place ☺️ Room 7 was at the top of the house was comfy with a smart bathroom. The breakfast choice was good and well cooked. We had dinner here too, a Pizzeria, which was delicious.

Have stayed here for our last three visits to Narberth. Though on this occasion they are under new ownership, it just keeps getting better. The breakfast this morning was the best yet. So much variety. Staff as always polite, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are minimalistic, but very clean, comfortable and quiet. Ideal. Would recommend staying there. We will be going back there again hopefully in October.

Room very clean and comfortable. However there was no front of house service on arrival, the property was cold with scaffolding all around the outside of the building including the entrance where we had to negotiate our way under scaffold bars.

The breakfast room was freezing on both mornings with very limited choice for a bed and breakfast. No fruits choice of juice or cereals no option for toast and marmalade.

Additionally we were only informed re lack of front of house and closure of the pizzeria on the day of arrival therefore not allowing us any choice but to pay in full for the booking.

All in all then a very disappointing and rather expensive experience

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely spacious room on the top floor overlooking the town hall. The decorations and furnishings were top quality and the bed was particularly comfortable. Very well sound-proofed rooms and a few good nights sleep were had. The breakfasts were terrific, we actually ended up working our way through the non-English/Welsh breakfast offerings (smashed avocados; French toast; home-made granola) and enjoyed them all very much. Staff were very friendly. Brilliant too to have such central (and free for guests) parking in what can be a very busy town. Would definitely recommend and will very likely be back ourselves!

Absolutely great service, particularly from Agne who went out of her way to provide me with extras that I needed - she was warm and friendly. ( the older lady at the till counting the cash in the evening was very rude to me when I asked for peppermint tea to settle my stomach, but Agne made up for that!)

The breakfast was delicious with a good range of options and the other guests that we met mentioned that the food in the evening at the restaurant was good too.

Also a lovely, bright interior of the rooms which were surprisingly sound proof, on a main road!

Got great sleep and would visit again, if I return to the area, as the rooms were also reasonably priced and very clean.
