Bensons for Beds Harlow

Very poor customer service! I went into your store today no one greeted me or said hello. (There where 3 people working) One on his mobile hiding in a corner and the other 2 were talking around the desk. After having a look around and finding the mattress I was after and inquiring about it, I was told a little bit of information as she was helping another customer (understandable) but when they left she never came back. Just as I was going to get one of them I heard all 3 of them moaning about customers! Very unprofessional and rude!

We’ve been waiting months for a bed to turn up, get to delivery day (waiting in as though I have nothing better to do) and the driver calls to say he has got the bed but hasn’t got the base. What a waste of time. £7000 on 2 beds and mattresses, if the problem is not resolved today, I’ll be cancelling both orders.

Bed was meant to be delivered 4 weeks ago,had a tex the night before saying have bed but no mattress. Another 4 week wait.

Waiting in on the delivery day. Phone call to say they have headboard ,mattress but no bed. Delivery guy was very rude when queried it.

The delivery driver was very rude on the phone. He wanted to reschedule the delivery just because he couldn’t be bothered to find my house. he hung up on me twice on the phone because I said to please deliver it in my house. I also gave indications where my house was, and he already had the address but he kept complaining that he wanted to reschedule it. Overall he was very very rude, he delivered it at the end but i don’t think i will ever buy again from bed and bensons for that reason.

I brought a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds. On delivery day they only brought the mattress and o bed. When I rang the shop and explained the situation the man on the phone said "oh well you will have to sleep on the floor and will have to talk to our customer services team because we cant help you". When I spoke to the customer services team they said I will have to wait at least another 28 days for delivery on the bed. We are now sleeping on an air bed which we had to purchase. Awful response and after sales service. Would never shop here again.

Bensons is one of the worst stores I have ever bought anything from. I ordered a bed in September and I have now waited 2 months. I still have not received it. My sister bought the exact same bed a day after me and she has already received hers. When asked what the problem is their answer is "I don't know the answer to your question"
Avoid Bensons at all cost.

Was shopping for a mattress and the team at Bensons for Beds (Holly and Jayden) were nothing short of amazing. I found them friendly, helpful and patient. They listened to my needs and didn’t mind the multiple visits. They have a wide selection of bed frames, mattresses and bedroom furniture including designer wardrobes from Germany.

I recommend them whole heartedly. To avoid the crowds visit during weekdays if possible. Decide for yourself about negative reviews likely due to supply chain issues.

Service from start to finish was exemplary. The delivery guys that arrived were polite and courteous. They talked through a couple of issues they might have as the bed components are extremely large. I agreed to go ahead with their solution and everything went well.

They were both fast and efficient, clearing up after themselves as they went.
