Nidderdale Cycles and Hire

We had to call to see Dave when we had a problem with my wife's rear derailleur. We turned up unannounced and Dave had just packed his tools in his van as he was going out. Without a moment's hesitation he delayed his plans and immediately set about sourcing and fitting a new derailleur. The service he provided was superb and he saved the day from being a total write off. We were highly impressed with his attitude to exceptional service standards, positive disposition and excellent value for money.

Good quality bike hire for £25 pppd, and extremely helpful service. The owner recommended a lovely ride up to Scar House Reservoir, and made sure we were all kitted out with lots of water bottles, a bike lock and a map. Thanks for a lovely day out!

Excellent experience from start to finish doing business with Nadderdale Cycles and Dave Mann. I ordered a new bike frame to be delivered to my home in France. It arrived within the week and was beautifully and securely packed. Dave was very helpful with aspects of the bike build too. Thoroughly recommended.

We took our bikes to Nidderdale Cycles for servicing and they came back running beautifully. Dave had done all the work that was required (spotted a couple of things I had missed) and nothing that wasn't. The service was quick, efficient and excellent value.

Me and my partner tried theese out last week. The service is brilliant really helpful when you hire the bikes no need to worry as there maintensed checked before going out and also they provide a little fit on bike bag for a bike lock and key so you can park up and enjoy a nice meal somwhere also comes with puncturekit if ever your in need for one already booked them again this week would 100% recomend 😁

We hired the bikes at short notice. There was no problems with finding the bikes in Ripley carpark. The bikes were well maintained and adjusted for our various heights. We cycled a 10 mile round trip. The website gives a list of the available routes ranging from easy to hard so it allows you to make a informed choice of which route to take. We went towards Knaresbourgh which was a lovely cycle the directions we received were spot on.

Amazing experience, hired a tandem from Nidderdale cycles, Dave couldn't have been more helpful to make use of the beautiful landscape and nearby reservoirs for our day out. Highly recommend this company for the local knowledge and level of cycling needed to suit the riders. Would highly recommend for a fun day out.
