Great and quick service, the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I came into the shop to get my brakes fixed, he told me that they were booked up for the week. I left my number just incase and 15min later I received a call to say someone else had just cancelled, so they were able to repair my bike.

Today July 05/2022 i went to Active Cycles shop to see the bikes and to ask for an bike cardboard bike box.The seller was rude and says "you spending my time" .All time when i looked to the bikes he was whispering"" piece of sheet, piece of sheet " Maybe he's mental, anyway I'll not recommend to anybody to visit that store.

Overcharging and yet low quality service. Please do yourself a favour and Google for nearby service shops (I did and for a twice cheaper deal).

Have used active cycles a lot over the course of 2022, however I have had to return numerous times with numerous issues and will unfortunately not be returning.

Sam has always been friendly and accommodating, especially when we have needed quick turnaround on the children's bikes. He provides great service and always has a smile on his face. He has very reasonable prices too.

It's a family shop, and the owner has been working since his teens. The shop has all the products needed for a modern day bike. The service and attention to detail is A grade! Do not hesitate in asking for any additional help or advice, the owner is always cheerful and happy to serve!
