Recently purchased a bike here. Dealt with Joe who was great. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice.
Rear tubeless tyre needed resetting 72hours later and no questions asked and refitted. Dealt with a few other members of staff during 2/3visits to store and all were very helpful and friendly.
Oh and the bike is pretty dam good too.

Got there just as they had closed, and they very kindly let me in as I had an issue with my front brake. Bal was a great help, found the last set of brake pads they had in stock that fit, and he fitted them then and there!
Great people!

I took the bike in for a service, not really knowing what needed to be done. The guy in the workshop spent quality time checking the bike with me and explaining what and why something needed to be replaced. More importantly, advised what did not need to be change. I was a valued customer. Top job by the Trek shop.

Highly recommended for any bike.

Counted 5 different lines without prices on , not sure why (mostly bike accessories, bags and bottles and rain guards)

Quite frustrating when you are trying to shop, lots of boxes of bike around the store , maybe from a recent delivery? 1pm and I found it hard to walk around the store due to this.

Lots of staff in the store but all sat at the tills drinking tea/coffee and chatting to themselves.

The point of difference and the reason I went to the store was for good service and to see products, however I've just gone online to buy what I wanted instead.

The team here are absolutely brilliant. Always ready for a chat, and very knowledgeable about not just their products, but the greater cycling market also. Excellent asset to the local area.

Imagine bike mechanics who actually care about fixing your ride. Not always the case, but that's what I found at Trek Clifton. Workshop guys all really helpful esp. Seamus who went full Columbo on my hub issue and sorted it out. Happy.

I took my Ridgeback Velocity bike in to Trek for it’s annual service before the winter. It feels like a new bike with new brake blocks and cables. It also looks like a new bike, all cleaned up with new mudguards. Great job guys. Thank you so much!

Took my bike in for a service and saw Bal, the bike servicing guru, who I can only describe as a bike genius. He was incredibly thorough and spent a while talking me through what needed replacing and what I could get away with leaving as is. He wasn't pushy at all and took the time to talk me through all of my options, from having a minimal service to make the bike safe, to buying a swish new bike. Exactly what I needed. Thanks a million. Would definitely recommend and has certainly put Trek on my radar for next new bike.
