Great service from Chris and his team at Giant Kendal, powerfit was great and learned how to generate more power. The new bike was purchased and the guys set it up as per my powerfit and it was a great fit. First ride 85miles ands no aches apart from the legs. Great service from a knowledgeable, friendly team. Highly recommended !!

These past few years life had become harder at home and so riding her manual bike became less and less attractive and eventually time spent on the bike became almost zero ! I felt it was time to make the purchase of the new Fastroad E + 1 Pro Electric bike and
now finally she’s able make the occasional Ride for chips evenings with us and perhaps even the odd Giant social ride . What’s more important is that she can once again join the world of cycling . E bikes have became more accepted by society these days and Giant are one of the worlds leading companies in the latest design of E road bikes .

Don’t sit at home reminiscing about when you was fit and able to ride a bike people . There’s no time like the present and life has become even more precious lately amid the Covid crisis !

Purchased a Giant Contend from this store in Spring 2020 which I have been really pleased with. The whole team at Giant Kendal have been very helpful and have provided great after sales service. Was out on a ride recently and experienced a small mechanical, called in and Rich the mechanic sorted me out straight away even though they were busy.
The whole team go over and above to provide a great service. Highly recommended

Came to Kendal to look at E-bikes and was greeted by Kevin. He talked me to me about what I needed in a bike and suggested which one was appropriate. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was great. Needless to say I bought the bike .and the team had it ready in an hour. Absolutely blown away by the service and experience. Never had that level of service in a bike shop.
I'm a very happy man. Will definitely be back

The team always give you good advice if you're looking for a new bike, but will pull out the stops to get you back on the road / trail if you need it.

Wish they were in Stocksbridge instead of Trek.

Booked bike in for Gold service, asked for quick turn around due to travelling considerable distance to Giant dealership.
Guys were great, picked up on a couple faults (that would have been disasterous if out on ride) and completed replacements and service very quickly, resolved an issue with Gear lever.
Pleased I took the effort to go back to where I bought the bike, staff have always been friendly and polite. Definitely will be returning for next service.

Recently purchased a bike from the Kendal store as my original order from my local store was delayed. Kevin from the Kendal store worked closely with my local store to make sure this bike order could be fulfilled in time for our holiday.

Kevin was really helpful and went far beyond normal customer service to make sure we could drive 3 hours from our home to collect the bike on the way to our holiday destination.
