NipNip - Bike Repairs and Servicing - Canary Wharf

Popped in this afternoon to sort help on removing a stuck screw on the frame that I had ruined with a hex key.

They are usually quite busy but I was lucky today they could look into my issue without a pre-booked appointment. I serviced my bike with them several times before so I feel confident leaving my bike in their skilled hands.

Came back 20 mins later after grocery shopping and the bike mechanic had resolved my issue. He managed to drill out the stuck screw without damaging my frame and put my bottle cage on.

I was most pleasantly surprised that he did them all for free and did not charge me anything. Excellent customer service and bike mechanic skills!

Super helpful whenever I stop by. Went there 2x times in past month. Both times were unexpected problems. First time my pedal fell off when cycled home from Canary Wharf, so I just stopped to see if they can help. Second time I could not put the new pedals on my new bike myself. Both times they helped me straightaway without problem and didn’t charge me as it was just about 5 minute work. Whether you have a new bike to set up, fix the old one or simply ask a question about your current bike, I recommend these guys 👍🏻

Stopped by to have new pedals out on my commuter bike. Just couldn’t get the old pedals off. I’m less than 5 minutes, Dan removed the old pedals easily and put on the new ones! There is a reason why I like NipNip - the team members are always easy to work with and very helpful! Dan, thanks for making it look so easy!

Really friendly and helpful mechanic in a very accessible and convenient location. They helped to do an emergency repair on my young son's bike today so he'd be safe to ride it home. Nice rapport with mechanic too - and they have a few bike locks and other accessories in case you need them. Would totally go back another time for a proper service. Ive used NipNip the past 2 years and never had an issue. All the mechanics are helpful and friendly, but the most helpful has been Victor. Victor is welcoming, he listens carefully and understands the issue straight away, he breaks down the issues and costs quickly and even offers solutions beyond just repairs. Got a Hunt rim swapped out on a dodgy rear wheel after hitting a pothole during the pandemic. I supplied the new rim and Nip Nip got the lacing/truing done. Excellent job, really nice people, truing quality excellent and good price as well, not much to say other that they have done a perfect job. Thanks guys.
