What a brilliant bike shop, and in Ron a really helpful, totally knowledgeable guy.
If you are local to Tiverton, or even if you aren't, I'd say get down to Ron's for your next new bike or servicing. I only wish there were such a good place In my home town of Bristol....!

When I discovered that my front wheel rim was in danger of collapse, Ron could not have been more helpful. Not having a wheel that would fit my bike, he gave me his own front wheel for £15. If you need help from someone who knows what he is doing, go to Ron.

We cycled to Ron’s from The Minnows Touring Park as I needed to buy a bicycle lamp. Ron is the most helpful and friendly shop owner we’ve met. He provided us with a lamp but then spent ages sorting out my husbands bike which had a soft tyre. He used 3 different pumps until he was satisfied that the job was done properly. He then looked at my basket and explained exactly which fitment I needed to support it as the one he supplied was not compatible with bikes which have suspension.
This man loves bikes not money, what a refreshing man.
We could have quite happily spent the afternoon talking with him but he left us to deal with a young lad and his bike.
If ever we are back in the Tiverton area we will most certainly call in and keep our fingers crossed he hasn’t retired.

Fantastic service. Happy to look at bike straight away and fix. Everywhere else in Tiverton turned me away without even looking at the bike saying up to a two week wait for an appointment.
absolutely awfull took 5 days to fix vehicle and it still doesn’t operate well it makes terrible noises and wrong parts were installed

Great guy. Really helpful and had the parts, knowledge and tools to fix my breaks which were almost ready to fail. I needed help and couldn't wait. Good job bike shops like this are still around!

I had to stop at Ron’s with a mechanical fault when I was passing through Tiverton. He was helpful and got me back on the road!
