Very helpful and friendly staff who patiently answered all my questions when I took my cargo bike in for a service. The servicing prices are better than other bike shops I’ve been to. I’ll certainly be back next time I need my bike fixed.

Brilliant service and help from London Green Cycles. I got a flat tire down the road from there last week without a puncture repair kit or pump on me. It was 7:05pm and they'd already closed up - but were kind enough to let me in round the back and sorted out my bike! So grateful they helped me out - really kind of them. Appreciate it. Thank you!

Weirdly all the warehouse staff went off to some cycle convention in Germany; they were unable to deliver till the staff back 10 days later. Had to move my order to another shop having gone through the whole process.

Rented a cargo bike for a day because of the public transport strikes during our visit to London. Great way to do sightseeing with children! Saves them from walking the longer distances. Great service at the shop, would definitely recommend this, also if the tube is not on strike 🙃

I dropped by today for a puncher repair on a road bike. I received a very efficient service & Sam took the time to show me how to complete a repair ( it’s been a while!). It’s great to see work carried out with diligence & passion. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Sam and the team here are very friendly. I needed a new tyre and inner tube for my Yuba Kombi E5. Sam helped me pick out the Schwalbe Big Ben Plus tyres which seem much more robust than the Maxxis Hookworms that came with the bike. Just from the feel, the thickness and puncture protection will probably result in far fewer punctures. I also picked up some inner tubes and a puncture repair kit for a fair price.

We discussed the merits of the Kombi E5 vs their retro fitted Kombi with Bafang motor. I actually think they did a really neat job of fitting the motor, so that's a viable option for those whose budget doesn't stretch to the E5.

Although I did not buy my Yuba Kombi from here originally, I wish I did. This is the go to shop in London for cargo bikes (sales, repair and servicing) in London. They are friendly, honest, knowledgable and well stocked.

Slight serendipitous moment; I actually met the owner or one of the managers a few months ago while shopping. He complimented my bike and asked "how I was getting on with it". I asked which shop he worked for and remembered he said London Green Cycles. When I visited the shop today, I saw the same man and the way he interacted with a lady and set her up with a test ride on an Omnium, it reminded me of what good service (without the ego) looks like.

I've recommended London Green Cycles to my colleague who will also buy a cargo bike from them soon as I believe they are signed up to the Cyclescheme too.

Finally, thank you for supporting the NHS. We appreciate every bit of help that you give us!x

The best and only place for bicycles hire in London in my opinion! Super helpful, patient and accommodating staff! Amazing cargo bikes! Thank you LGC team!

Probably one of the best bike shops for cargo bikes in London (if not the best for advice and knowledge). We bought our cargo bike from them with no regrets. Decent after service too - you get a service within the first couple months to fine tune your bike.
Very helpful and responds to emails in a decent time. You can even rent a bike to try it out.
The shop gets 5 stars for being knowledgeable in the main area they deal in - cargo and freight bikes. I can recommend this shop.
