Really enjoyed purchasing an ebike recently. The staff we’re very helpful. They helped me choose a bike that suited me. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a great choice of bikes and even the non stock items had reasonable delivery times. I was happy to also use them for buying accessories and extras. Totally impressed by everyone at on yer bike Burnley.

Brilliant shop, great service and no pushy sales. I've been looking at an ebike for a few months and finally took the plunge, no trying to upsell on the bike I picked, no "you definitely need this" chucked at you. Just lots of information about the bike I was looking at, the warranty and aftersales advice and a very pleasant experience. 5* shop.

Great store, staff very helpful and knowledgeable, don't try and upsell to you, gives sound advice and guidance, used for a couple of bike purchases and always for bike service. No problems in the last 3 years of ownership 👍🏻

Just had a repair carried out, which was done promptly and at a fair price. Mike phoned to update and Richard explained what he had done. Excellent service, would recommend and use again. THANKS guys.

Went to their Blackburn store and unfortunately they didn't have the bike I wanted in stock. However I was sent to their Burnley store and the chap called Mike sorted me right out. Ended up leaving with a bike there and then. Cheers.
