Exceptional customer care from Steve on our first visit and Sharon the owner on our second trip, to pick up the bike I bought! They rang to say when the bike had arrived in, even price matching from the Internet. All the staff are really knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic about the products. I bought a Townie Go and I'm so pleased with the bike and the shop. It's a four hour round trip from our home and well worth the journey. Highly recommend.

I had simply popped into the store in search of something I needed for my bike, only a very unique part and as already expected it wasn’t something they had however I feel it is sincerely necessary to leave a good feedback to them as shortly on arriving with my custom built bike they acknowledged all the specs on it without me mentioning them, showing their strong and wide knowledge they have in their industry as not much on my bike is common.

They brought a very warm and friendly welcoming feeling being there as we spoke of certain things I was also looking into for my bike and they brought up many recommendations for what would be good possibilities for me.

Again, I haven’t purchased anything from them however it was clear to me that if I wanted something and was in their area again (I live a fair distance away) I would gladly go to them for items I need for my bike as well as any service with confidence they would be able to do a good job on it. I must also add despite my non common part being available they have a very wide range of mid to high end bikes and components at very fair price and would highly recommend any riders in or passing through Ferndown to go to these guys as you won’t regret….

Went to view bikes but similar to other shops struggling to get stock. The staff provided lots of advice and suggestions even though I wasn't buying at that point.

Came here for a Brompton, absolutely nothing was to much hassle for the staff so friendly and had a small problem with the bike nothing to do with the shop and it was sorted no questions asked cant recommend more thanks guys (the coffee shop also does banging cake)

Pedal Cycles in Ferndown today helped me in my trouble with a puncture. I was desperate as a 75 year old with an electric bike with a ballon Tyres puncture as I had serious trouble pushing it. They stopped everything to repair my puncture, gave great advise why it blew out and were so caring towards me. This business is THE BEST I have ever seen. Many thanks to all the staff there today.
