Giant Store Radlett

Honestly the best bike shop and repairs. My husband has 2 bikes and I went with him today and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this for any new bikes, equipment or services. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Riding towards Radlett today my bike was making a creaking noise, I decided to go into the Giant Store not thinking they could help me today but I thought I would just ask if they could tell me what the problem was on my bike, not only did they tell me, they fixed it on the spot so I could carry on with my ride . Fantastic service, great staff, very helpful! Definitely recommend 🚴🏽‍♂️😃

Absolutely recommend. I have tried many cycle stores over the years and always been left wanting. Took a junior apollo bike for issue with hard pedaling. They fixed the front brake and investigated the hard pedaling issue for no charge. Absolutely delighted. Will be returning in future for any bike problems.

went in on Saturday, expected to leave my bike for a few days, within a couple of hours Archie had looked at it and tested it and sorted it out for me, really happy as bike back and i have peace of mind too, highly recommend the team here!

Bought my mtb here in 2020 - the customer service and bike service is outstanding and trust them with my bike.

I take both my mountain bike and my road bike for servicing and repairs at Giant Radlett (and my kids' bikes). Most recently had to true my a rear wheel and replace a broken spoke. The service is great and the team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful - especially Archie. I would highly recommended for all your biking needs.

The staff in this store are so attentive, caring and considerate. Attention to detail is guaranteed. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have given me and my husband Over the last year. I bought a LIV road bike, the after sales were fantastic, and they even assisted in changing my husbands wheels on his wheelchair. Nothing is too much for this team. Thank you
