Fantastic bike shop with a wide variety of bikes and accessories... knowledgeable staff on hand to help answer your questions. One thing to note though, if you want something that isn't available in store there's a £5 delivery charge or £10 for a bike.

Stood at counter for 10-15 minutes ready to buy, along with other waiting customers. Instead of buying anything, I watched staff walk around advising other customers. Ran out of time and patience, had to leave without purchasing in the end.

I'm sure your customer service is perfect guys. But you needed to recognise the queue and pause with the consulting briefly to quickly help others get over the line. If your policy is to stick with potential customers who can be upsold several things for a bigger purchase, that's the wrong way to go about it.

Could not have asked for a better service! Brought in my Riese and Muller ebike with a fault that I made myself installing new pedals. On the first minute the guy already identified the issue and done his best to fix my bad thread (put a right pedal on the left). He did many attempts and went beyond what normally would have been called unfixable. After getting some advice, got some tools and grease. Sorry that I did not ask your name but I did spend 2 hours at home and of you might be reading this - managed to make it work! Thank you again for giving me your time and advice.

Popped in to get some advice on bike repairs and to buy a few parts for my son's bike. Excellent service and guidance provided and as the labour and parts costs were very reasonable, I decided to let the professionals at Evans do the work. VERY pleased with the workmanship and the quick turnaround, will definitely be back again.

This is the go to place when it comes to anything cycling. The staff go out of their way to ensure customers leave happy. Ecstatic to have bought my bike from Evans. Can't recommend enough!
