The staff are very professional polite and welcoming when you walk through the door I used the mountain bike trail for the first time it is excellent for the beginner not so much for the professional type of Ryder are not demanding enough but for you to go out and waste a couple of hours it's great fun I certainly will be using it again and you can have a cup of coffee and a browse in the shop when you get back 😎🚲🚴🌲🌲🌲🖒

A big thank you to Matt in the bike tech team who couldn’t have been more helpful yesterday when I arrived with a few bike problems. He was straight on it, took time to explain what was wrong and a went out of his way to share a few tips too. As with the entire team, excellent customer service and deserves a mention!

Nice staff but this place is badly let down by four major factors. Firstly, limiting yourself to just one make of bikes and parts only, leaves your potential market to be very very limited indeed. Second; product knowledge seems very limited and quite poor. Third; there's and awful lot of wasted space which could be filled with stock. Fourth; everything is priced at full retail recommended price so they are losing out on sales to more competatively priced companies. I can easily imagine ( and I have witnessed) that someone who wants an expensive bike will go into this type of store and will go try the bike out on display, like it, then they will order one online at a discounted price much cheaper from one of the more competatively mail order retailers. In the past few years I have seen so many independent cycle shop's just go out of business and I have seen Bob Jacksons and Mercian close their retail stores and just doing frame building and renovating from their industdial workshops..

What an amazing food. Local ingredient, very fresh, burger is soo yummy and tasty. Tried the pumpkin soup which was really good. Each burger was 12 £ pounds. Thank you for the good service as well.

Used to be a great place to visit as a cyclist, reasonably price food and coffee, now with the spill over from the main Doddington Hall café prices have increased, and on recent visits there have been less cyclists visiting and sometimes impossible to get a table inside. ☹️

Had such a great time and really enjoyed our super delicious burgers. We tried the pumpkin soup with cream! It was incredible as well. Staff are so kind and the ingredients are so fresh. This is really one of the greatest burgers in Lincoln. Highly recommended

The food was excellent as always. Very fast and friendly service. It was lovely to be able to sit inside now especially as it was cooler indoors. They also do takeaway boxes. Great for the person who couldn't come with you
