Needed some upgrades done on my dt swiss hubs and these boys were my local experts, a very very busy store with knowledgeable and very enthusiastic staff. Chris worked on my wheels, he had a few issues to overcome but clearly a very capable bike mechanic, I will certainly be using them again and recommending them. The front of house staff deserve a mention also thanks guys and will hopefully be back soon.

Recently bought a Cube Agree C:62 pro road bike with the help of Ian Gray in store, he was so very helpful and informative and nothing was too much effort. The bike is amazing, what a difference versus my old aluminium bike, so pleased. The staff are polite informative and not pushy. Looking forward to more business in the future.

Went there to buy a mud guard and asked the guy who was working if the mud guard would fit most bikes and he said yes and I asked I f it would fit 3.4 wide tire and he said yes turns out the tire is 2.3 and it still doesn't fit can't get my money back waste of my money need to try an be more accurate if you are going to tell me it will work/fit. Not happy to be honest
