Great service , and I came out with just the right bike for me. Chris was knowledgable and helpful and let us take our time, and there was no pushy sales pitch. Despite being in the shop by himself on a Saturday, Chris still managed to get my bike ready the same day. Very impressed and would thoroughly recommend.

Chris & Mat were extremely helpful in finding me an electric bicycle that suited my needs. Mat took me through all the options to ensure the bike had the features I was looking for. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kept up to date with progress. The after sales care is excellent and includes a free check up after 200 miles. I know I can pop in anytime should anything need fine tuning.

My new electric bike is a pleasure to ride, and meets my needs perfectly. I can ride through hilly Guildford, glide past traffic, and don’t need to struggle to find a car parking space. I don’t think I’ll ever drive into town again!

Looking for an electric bike and they had some stock. Had one in my size, let me test ride it, set it up for me while I had lunch, walked out with my new bike the same afternoon. great service. Many happy miles already and all good. A 40 mile round trip for me and well worth it
