Fantastic bike hire company! We booked online a few hours before we cycled and the process was very easy to complete. On arrival the staff were great and gave us details on suitable routes to follow! Keep up the great work!

Some really nice rides for families or more serious mountain bike trails, good value for money and the staff were really helpful. You can get a very simple bite to eat and drink at the café

An excellent little stop. Well stocked. Amazing friendly staff in cafe and bike shop. So informative and helpful. Great advice without any hard sell. Clearly about the right equipment for the customer and not loading the till. Can't fault them. Keep up the excellent work 👏 👍 👌

What a gem of a bike shop! Such a great range of quality bike clothes and parts for both men and women at good prices . The staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have little cafe which serves really good coffee and cake. We are so glad we stopped off and will definitely be back now we know what an awesome bike shop it is .

Really lovely bike shop. I rented a couple of bike bags which were really easy to use. Also super helpful when I left a pedal in one of them. Thanks very much!

Really enjoyed the hire a few weeks back. Having hired a couple of bikes now I was much happier with these guys Scott bike with the 29s. Personal preference though but really was a great experience. Lovely little cafe and shop too. Cheers guys.

Fantastic shop and café. A warm welcome be the friendly staff. Café was lovely and clean inside, serving excellent coffee to warm you up after cycling the loop. Will certainly visit frequently. Highly recommended.

Disappointed with the service of my Slash 8 in the last week. Usually, I take it to Trek as they do a really good job; however, I wanted to try to support a local shop instead. Parents dropped the bike off with a note from me detailing what I believed to be wrong (rear hub bearings worn) and to address anything else they found on the bike. The cost (£45) was a little high for the work involved, and the lack of a work order, so I could see what that money went to, was disappointing. When I got the bike back, I found that the derailleur had bent and the bike no longer shifted into the top gear. Considering I left the bike with them with working gears, I was further disappointed. Having heard similar poor experiences from other riders, I sadly won't be returning to have a bike serviced with them again.
