Recently purchased a Trek Domane SL6. I am extremely happy with the bike. Compared to other bike purchases I have made from other shops I have to say the service from all the staff was A1. I was allowed to test ride the bike in two different sizes to ensure I purchased the correct one. The bike was setup well gears indexed correctly and parts swapped other from my other bike. I even got a discount on the retail price. I would highly recommend this store and the staff.

I had an issue with stuck pedals on a bike I had bought through Ebay and Ben kindly switched them across to clips for me at no cost! Superb service by Ben and the team.

Recently had a crash on my road bike and the rear derailleur had stop working. Took it in for a diagnostic and they had it fixed within 10 minutes. Turns out Di2 has a crash mode which I didn't know about - but the team at Cycles UK Chelmsford thankfully did.

This was my first time using cycles Uk Chelmsford I have always used evans cycles. I must say the team there were superb, they kept me informed of the progress of my order from start to finish and were really knowledgeable when I collected the bike. And also helpful in sorting out my warranty (thanks Lee) I’ll certainly be returning when my girlfriend wants a new bike next month . Very happy

Friendly helpful service from the team. Got my bike checked out following recent accident when I came off. They were happy to inspect it free of charge and (luckily) reported bar a few scrapes no damage!
