Cycle King Sawbridgworth

I went in earlier today for some bearings for my front wheel. All three guys were very polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. They sorted me out and i left with what i needed feeling very happy with the price and service. Absolute pleasure to use this shop!!!! 5 stars well deserved.

I found Cycle King when my wife and I got stranded in Sawbridgeworth halfway through our ride on holiday. My brand new chainset was well out of adjustment and after an hour with a spanner at the side of the road hadn't helped, Google led us to Cycle King. David kindly offered to inspect and adjust both our bikes, even though it was late in the working day. A half hour later we were back on the road to our campsite with the bikes working much better than before. Not only did David save us an expensive taxi ride but he refused any payment I offered him for his expertise! He really did save the day and we were very grateful.

We bought two e-bikes this week from Cycle King Sawbridgeworth. My husband and I were really impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff (George and Josh), the good selection of bikes and the great service. They really couldn't have done more and we would definitely highly recommend the store.

David fixed the brakes in no time. Fantastic service as always. Get treated very well here everytime I come in. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great, friendly service. I ordered a Click and collect which was ready for me to collect within hours on the exact time I requested but on arrival my daughter decided to go with another bike instead. This was no problem at all and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and got the other bike built ready in quick time for collection in the afternoon . I will be coming back for sure !

Massive thanks to Kirsty, George and Josh why serviced my handbike today - not many places would even agree to work on it but they went the extra mile resulting in a VERY happy customer. Would highly recommend.
