I did buy a Specialized Levo with Primera and the after sales service has been superb. Contacted them with my problem, and Jacob sorted the warranty claim with Specialized and a day later the part was sent to me in the post - back on the bike for the weekend - Fantastic service - thank you Jacob and the team

We spent over £11,000 on 2 ebikes and have had nothing but trouble from them. We recently paid extra to have the tyres filled and today find that the front tyre is completely flat so clearly it wasn’t permanently filled. Of course it’s Sunday so the shop is shut. Totally fed up.

I can't recommend Bill and his team enough. Their attention to detail with regards to what I want and need are second to none. They make sure the bike is right for the person rather than just sell what they have. I bought my first road bike from them and since then haven't looked back, purchased multiple bikes for both myself and my partner. Very professional, honest yet friendly.

These guys were great. I took my ride to work voucher to them and my bike was ready for collection the next day. Had everything explained clearly to me and the bike was adjusted to suit my height. Even helped load it into my vehicle. Great service thanks.

Got my Specalized Diverge gravel bike from Primera in December, I waited to give a review to see what the after service was like.

Darren sold me the bike after a chat on what I wanted from the bike and for that I definitely give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ the bike was ready and waiting on the agreed date fantastic service.

The break pads had worn very fast, when I went to the shop to have them changed they were more than happy to sort it as they felt they should had lasted longer very grateful for this.

Whenever I go in Primera the staff are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you, nothing is ever a problem.

We felt the service was that good my wife got a Cannondale from Primera she also is very happy.

We were looking for an ebike & went to 4 bike shops. Vince in Primera Poole shop gave fantastic customer service. They had in stock a Raleigh ebike but Vince explained it was very slightly too small for us. He ordered in a slightly bigger size (3cm bigger frame) explained why this was important & didn't just make the sale with stock bike. He met our needs with suspension saddle, suspension forks & extra support for wrists. He was very patient, knowledgeable. Second ebike from you. He set the bike up for the leg length, arm length & riding position / posture. You don't get this from an internet shop. Will use again & highly recommend.

Specialized main dealer but if you don't by from them they refuse to do your warranty,
Even if they can't supply the Specialized bike you want, they cant even guarantee they can get it. A guess at best. And there pricing is the very top end , no deal on 10k bike others specilzed bike shops offered same bike £8300 new 2022 . Three shop offered better deals . And better customer service. Not rude like Primera

I bought a Specialized hybrid bike from Primera on Wednesday. The advice I received from a chap by the name of Mark was fantastic. I rang them on Friday to say that I would be down on Saturday to pick the bike up. We drove 254 miles from St. Helens to Bournemouth on Saturday morning and the service received from Mark and all of the guys at Primera was exceptional. My bike was set up on a jig so that my personal measurements could be taken and personal adjustments made so that the bike fitted me. We left the shop and spent a couple of hours on Bournemouth Beach in the sun. Got back to the shop and my bike was good to go. The team at Primera even charged up the cycle computer that I bought before fitting it for me. A really warm and very friendly bunch of lads who seem to take great pride in service. I would recommend Primera without a single reservation.
