The Electric Bike Shop

The only concern that I have about this fantastic bike shop is that they keep their servicing skills a bit quiet! Awesome range of ebikes but awesome ability in servicing all brands and not just ebikes. What an amazing place. Went in for ebike brake pads, which are hard to source at present and got the best advice and details of one of a handful of online retailers where they are available.
Took my Giant roadie in today, also for brake pad replacement and it was ready in an hour. Very reasonable too.
Recently moved to Bristol and no need to go anywhere else for advice/servicing etc.
Professional and friendly advice from very knowledgeable staff.

I have taken my electric cargo bike into this shop twice in last month, initially without warning with a newly acquired flat tyre and despite being understaffed they fixed the tyre within 30mins. Secondly I rang up with an electrical issue and had a pleasant conversations and advice to pop in for diagnostics - this actually turned out to be an understanding tutorial in how the electrics of my bike work. They were kind and understanding. This is firmly becoming my go to bike shop for electric bikes in Bristol. Thank you to the team there.

Arranged a test ride of a tern gsd for me at short notice. Amazingly helpful, offering useful insight without a hard sell approach. Really impressed. Looks like a wide range of bikes, too, and a well equipped workshop

This should be the first choice of places to go for anything E-bike related, and after having had a really positive experience in the summer (replacing front forks and other fettling after 8000+ miles) I took my trusty Cube in twice for a bit of an investigation on two separate occasions. I don't know if it was just different staff, but felt really patronised on both visits, I was made to feel as if I didn't seem to know about my bike (I ride 75 miles a week) and with an obvious hub implosion, and description of assorted worrying noises was told it was either chain slap or disc brake rub and given an appointment to investigate over two weeks later. This was subsequently diagnosed as a catastrophic wheel/hub failure within 30 seconds at another shop and replaced within an hour. Please trust your customers' experiences more - we ride our bikes and know when something isn't right.

The team here are absolute legends, always fix my bike super quicky, incredible value for money and give easy-to-understand, non-patronising advice. They even came to my workplace to fix something that had shifted out of place after my repair was done. Amazing service.

We have pop in , my son and I to get some help to fix my son's bike front wheel brakes , They did a quick and clean repair on the bike , free of charge "as long as the kid ride his bike we are happy " I have been told. Thanks so much for that . I recommend this electric bike shop with super nice guys .

Really helpful service, I have popped in several times recently with questions about my bike and they have taken the time to look at it and propose what needs doing. I booked a time to bring my bike back and they fixed it while I had a coffee nearby. They also showed me how to make adjustments myself to save me coming in every time.
