I am really impressed with the service delivery here: 1. Reasonable quotes 2. Efficient service 3. Effective communication.
I had a mountain bike front axle converted to quick release. David delivers the goods with a deft expertise that explains the calm confidence he exudes.

Had the parts at a fair price, excellent in this regard. I'm new to road bikes and needed some help identifying the correct part. Unfortunately - at least to my interpretation - the gentleman in the store seemed elitist and dismissive of my genuine questions.
A good place to go if you're certain of the item you require. If you're new to bikes or need help narrowing down your intended purchase, a different store would likely better suit.

Brilliant service, we will definitely be back. Just popped in on the off chance they'd be able to fix my son's bike and were able to do it there and then, thank you very much.

David is a genuine bike wizard - what he doesn't know isn't worth knowing! Great customer service and fast turnaround. Can't recommend Lee Valley Cycles enough, you won't be disappointed!

Truly excellent shop and service. Dave is an amazing, community focused person and helps so many locally. I run a local charity and we have started a bicycle recycling scheme supporting many families locally with the support of Lee Valley Cycles. He gives great, sound, advice and has a great range of cycles, accessories and local knowledge as well as chairing Harlow Cycling club with a range of group rides. He really advocates cycling for mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. A bright spark ✨️ in a small Town ✨️

I went to the shop when he wasn't busy and the attitude I was welcomed with was a bad start also every question I asked he grunted at me and kept smelling his fingers when I was talking. There isn't many bike shops in harlow n I think that's why they don't care about some customers as much as they should.

Great service, always happy to do quick repairs or adjustments. I was advised of the cost for parts found to be worn before they were replaced during a routine service. Very happy to have found a reliable place to get advice and the bike looked after as mechanically challenged bike owner. Definitely recommend
