After i had an accident with my bicycle nearby, the team @ Evans Chelmsford have been very helpful. They provided me with food and drink to settle down. Although they can’t repair the broken carbon frame, they’ve been very supportive in finding help. In the end they also accommodated me to leave the bike there for several days to sort things out. A great applause for their support

Amazing customer service from John, the technician in the Chelmsford store, he went above and beyond to help diagnose a fault with a brand new bike bought elsewhere. Will definitely be going back here before trying anywhere else in future

Bought my son a bike here for Christmas. We had some issues but everything was handled brilliantly by the staff and can't fault the service. Well worth getting your bike from here for that alone.

Just been into this store, and a very good experience, as they suggested the best way to fix a slow puncture on my expensive tubular tyre. Rather than try and sell me a replacement tyre, they kindly fixed it with a sealant while I waited. Thank you. Great work. 👍
