Brilliant local bicycle shop that really care about their products and customers. They didn’t try selling us the most expensive or bikes that we didn’t want only what we needed. The bikes are a little more expensive than larger shops but they wouldn’t give you the personal service and the bikes are better.

Perfect service received today. Left my bike safely with the manager and he fixed the issue with the break pads very promptly and professionally. I will be back for all my bike needs.

Sometimes, one's plan for the day goes beautifully smoothly. Today, having discovered that my bike needed repair and with ten days of holiday in which to put it to good use, but with two shops I tried being either closed or had moved, I was very lucky to find SENACRE CYCLES. I arrived early, before opening, on a Saturday, but was welcomed in and assured he could complete by the end of the morning. Sure enough by midday, there it was, properly serviced and with a very reasonable charge to pay. I went home and tried it out. Brilliant. I can very strongly recommend the shop and the owner.

Took my bike in so they could replace the lever hoods, they also replaced the cables and handle bar tape as well, every thing was adjusted, and now works as new. Thanks guys for a very friendly service.

I really wish I never took my brands new trance e plus 29 2021 I just took it there to have a rubber chainstay protector replaced for a new one but they just put that new one on the existing glue which is never going to stick and plus they damaged my frame the paint work was all rubbed off to the primer and chips and plus I had to get a whole new battery from giant because they gouged at it with a screwdriver and it looks like it had been dropped on the floor which is a health and safety matter absolute cowboys

They have a mixed team at the shop to cover all areas of cycling needs from bike fits road, mountain bikes and now the E bike.
