At last, a bike shop on the Dee coastline, much needed with the huge increase in cycling both in West Wirral and the UK. I popped in a few weeks after Iain opened the business, was warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for him. My bike only needed new mudguards + a stand which he quickly supplied and fitted at a reasonable price. Iain spotted the gap in the market from West Kirby to Chester, has now filled it and I wish him luck. Brian

Excellent service from Iain, thank you. I went there as my usual bike repair shop had a 2 week wait. Iain kept me informed along the way, carrying out the service, tubeless repair, handlebar tape, new cassette and chain. Bike feels like new, smooth as.

I've used iain in the past and always helps me out with my road bikes, derailleur had seized, had the bike back in 24 hours all fixed. Great customer service from iain and his passion for bikes is up there.🚴♀️🏆

Just been back to Iain for a short-notice repair: new BB & chain. Iain also replaced the front derailleur cable and re-trued my rear wheel - always goes the extra mile. Got me race ready for yesterday - thanks Iain, confident of my bike after your work - and finished my Olympic Tri' at Castle Howard!! Next time I won't be rushing and look forward to enjoying a coffee at The Hut! (update 25/7/22)
Another great bit of service from Iain at Wheelworx Wirral - buckled wheel put back to true shape! Third piece of cycle service done by him in the last few months, with the added sensible advice for free!! I'll definitely be along to their new cycle cafe when it opens on Friday 18th. A great little local business.

Owner Iain is really knowledgeable, no hard sell and helped me find the right bike for me . Great communications and I bought through CycletoWork scheme which Wheel Worx supports and was extremely easy. First muddy ride out today and big grins all round - fully recommend this small business

Great service and very reasonable prices! Rang yesterday, dropped it off today and it was fixed within half an hour. Brakes sorted, wheel straightened and tyres blown up. Friendly and efficient and went above and beyond by taking the wheel off for me when I couldn’t get it back into the estate car. It had gone in fine when it had the flat tyre 😆
Showed me how to reconnect the brake for the wheel and checked I had someone to put the wheel back on when I got home but I was able to do that myself with an adjustable spanner.
