Just want to give a shout out to @EvansCycles. My daughter attends @nationalstarcollege and rides a special tricycle. Evans provided FOC an extra long brake cable and brake handle for fitting to the carers rear handle so that they have more control. Thank you very much 👍

Went in asking for a simple service and a new chain. Without even inspecting the bike the staff told me I needed a new cassette, new derailleur, and other new items. After I questioned them they backed down a little and said it'd be £80 because of changing the chain. Staff then grabbed a chain off the shelf and scanned it through the till without asking me if I wanted to get it. Staff felt dismissive, uninterested, rude, and very pushy to sell. Will not be going back and advise others to avoid as well. After discussing this with a friend they gave me similar feedback.

Very disappointed how the customer service has gone down in the last 6 months. Waiting for a email for a quotation for work with visits and calls to be told no one can help you he is going on holiday for 2 weeks. Always did think one day they would let me down and sure did. The current managers attitude stinks not helpfull at all and as well as losing the current repair job Which was a lot of work they have lost a sale on a new bike to. Go to Williams albion Street fab service repair guys and professional help. 😀

Manager helped me out with my CycleScheme certificate and I was able to take the bike away that morning after they did a bike check. Very courteous and great service.

Popped in after work to get a new helmet. One of the guys working there called Archie was incredibly helpful, friendly and ensured I was getting the best deal available for the type of helmet I was buying. Great customer service and left with an excellent helmet. Thanks!

I visited your store to do the bike to work scheme. Saddly the voucher i had was not the one you accepted in your store but your very helpful above and beyond worker Archie still helped me find all the products i needed. Excellent service thank you very much Archie for all your help

Exceptionally Service, Knowledgeable and kind Team

Again, another exceptional experience from the staff at this store. After experiencing a difficult incident involving a RTC, I was instructed by my insurers to take my road bike to this store to have it inspected as it was involved in the collision. The colleagues were sensitive to this, efficiently organised a date at which the mechanic could inspect and gave me clear instructions on what the process would be. The mechanic who took responsibility for this inspection (Archie) was incredibly professionally, provided an indepth study of the bike, relayed information over to me in a timely and kind manner. This is a great team and have nothing but praise for this Evans Cycle store. Thanks, James

I am a regular customer at Evans Cycles Cheltenham and I am always impressed with the staff knowledge and quality of products and services there. Cam (mechanic) is especially helpful and is always happy to give his utmost to provide the best service possible. 10/10
