The most comfortable I've ever been on a road bike in years - Thanks for your expert guidance Steve. 100% recommended.

Had a track pursuit fit with Mike. Boy what a difference really understood my physical abilities and all my imperfections!! No jargon just straight forward understanding how to correct me to make me ride better and more efficiently! What a difference!!! What a bunch of helpful smiling staff as well!!

Absolutely fantastic, I personally dealt with Lynne and what a pleasure it was talking with someone who is not only so enthusiastic but extremely knowledgeable and who actually listens to what you want for your bike requirements.
She recommended a few products and finally settled on a Marin Bobcat XL bike
Perfect for my needs and within my budget. I went to collect today and everything I asked to be done had been done and completed ready for me to collect and take home.
I can only say as a novice bike rider the entire experience from start to finish had been brilliant.
Every member of staff their is courteous and extremely helpful making your experience extremely easy and relaxing without any pressure .
Been out for first ride this evening and what can I say but wow just brilliant the bike meets everything I need and does what I require it to do.

I have recently purchased a new Marin mountain bike from Bridgtown Cycles. The whole purchasing process from start to finish was seamless, knowledgeable and professional all with a no-pressure attitude from the staff. Bridgtown Cycles has been the go to place for my family, since I was a small girl. I returned 15 years ago, leaving the shop with a fantastic bike, which gave many happy miles, for my young daughter!! Since then, they have advised me wonderfully on a balance bike and mountain bike for my son, two mountain bikes for myself and this week, my first ever road bike. It is not just the bikes which have brought joy - the service has been consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgable! Lynne has been of immense support over the years, especially when I have been lacking in knowledge or self confidence about new ventures on two wheels!! Most recently, Lynn and Steve have been hugely generous with their time and expertise, sending me on my way with a gorgeous road bike, as well as excitement and determination to travel fantastic adventures on it!! Thank you so much; the five star service is sincerely appreciated and very much deserved!!

Good bike shop! Not my LBS but I chose Bridgtown because they offered the shortest lead-time on a great bike (other resellers had longer lead-times) but, alas, Campagnolo added more and more delays. When the bike was eventually ready, they did a fine job; the finishing is perfect although a couple of upgrades I wanted didn't work out. Friendly service too, and the prices are reasonable.
