Received some great advice in helping me select the correct bike

Brought my daughters bike from here. Josh was very helpful in getting the right size and sorting a helmet. Bike was serviced and checked it was at the right height and we could take home that day. Daughter loves the bike and all round everyone was happy. Would recommend and we will be back to get my bike soon.

I have got a problem for my e-scooter ,where my front wheel has continuously been punctured for twice , and I have given my e bike for cycle king and the response and receiving is so awesome where they have changed my front wheel to solid wheel and they have did not charge for any service and they just charged for tyre which will never be punctured again

When I went into Cycle King to look at the bikes in their sale, the assistant was very helpful. He brought out the bike I was interested in and pointed out various aspects of it. I purchased the bike and arranged to collect it the following week. I am very pleased with my new bike. It runs very smoothly and I am just delighted with it. Thank you so much.

I can't praise the staff at the Chelmsford store enough. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You only have to ask and they are only too happy to help. I recently bought an ebike and I wanted a small adjustment made with the back mudguard. Steve was very helpful and sourced a part to hopefully fix the problem. I would recommend cycle king to all my friends and family. The best cycle shop in Chelmsford by far. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Gemma today.
I rang the day before to check on a seat post, and Gemma said she had them.
She was extremely polite on the phone and very knowledgeable.
When we arrived at the store the next day, she remembered me, which was lovely.
She tried to alter a seat post for me but sadly this did not work, but I have since ordered a post that she recommended, and has offered to put this on when it arrives.
The one thing I was really grateful for was that she tightened my old post to get me through until the new one arrives.
It is extremely rare to find customer service like this,

Amazing customer service, I took my sons bike there as he had flat tyres the man working there pumped them up for him he also realised his peddles was on the wrong way round and went out of his way to make sure the bike was safe for my son to ride. Definitely recommend Thankyou so much.

Very good service. I have had a few services done and have used the Christmas plan twice now....Always on time and will go the extra mile..
