Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Always clear about repair costs upfront. Honest opinion if they think repairing bike is no longer worth it.
Keep supporting your local store avoid the online alternative.

So been to 3 bike shops and no one could help… the peddle had come off so popped in and they helped me within 20 mins max

Great service. I needed some help sourcing a derailleur hanger and Matt answered the phone (a rare and beautiful thing in this day and age!), and followed up pronto to the email with photos that he'd requested.
I'd highly recommend that you buy from these guys.

A brilliant and busy shop, with great staff. Service is superb and there's no bike snobbery here like you sometimes see with other shops - everyone is catered for and all needs taken care of. Servicing is equally as excellent as well as being very reasonably priced.

Can't praise these guys enough. I was coming to the end of a long ride and my pedal and crank detached near this shop. I pedalled over one legged and asked for help.
The three guys immediately set about fixing the bike and double checked there were no underlying issues.

Had a really great buying experience here. Very friendly and not pushy. Although I'm relatively knowledgable on bikes, they didn't bombard me with technical jargon to sell to me like I have experienced at a lot of other bike shops. They helped me buy the right bike (not just the most expensive option) and it came perfectly set up and with a free service to boot.

They seem well-catered to all levels as well so don't be put off if you're a newbie (I know bike shops can be intimidating...) and buy from a shop and not online!
