Had an emergency troubles with chain while cycling into town, thought I’ll have to replace it and was ready to do so but gent working in Kingsway Cycles very kindly suggested that he can repair it. Less than half an h and coffe and a cake in nearby pattiserrie later my bike was ready. Very fair price, quick turnaround and perfect location. Can’t fault it and will be back when my next service is due. Thank you once again!

3 out of 3 of the bikes me and my friends bought 9 months ago are now broken. They'll sell you overpriced junk (paid 160£ for my bike that lasted 9 months and I had zero accident) and only give you a 3 months warranty...
Biggest rip off, avoid !

I cannot speak highly enough of this marvellous shop. I purchased a reasonably priced second-hand mountain bike for £110 in very good condition. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful whilst the one-month warranty gave peace of mind. I will certainly be keeping Kingsway Cycles as my go-to bike shop and will be continuing to recommend them to other talking about bikes.

The owner is kind and generous. I bought a second hand bike a few weeks ago and recently had some problems with the seat and handlebars. They repaired my bike free of charge and it is now perfect. Highly recommended bike shop.

What a wonderful shop with two friendly and knowledgeable gents, for whom nothing was too much trouble! My son needed a second-hand bike just to whizz to and fro King’s and the boathouse a few times a week and they had a great Marin. All serviced and good to go - plus they helped us pick out helmet, lock, lights etc. My son will be back regularly for servicing. Thank you so much and highly recommend this shop

We only came here because our usual cycle repair shop couldn't fit us in, how glad we are that they were too busy, this place is a real find, and we won't think of going anywhere else now. They took our bikes straight away and we were able to pick them up by the end of the day. My bike looked like new after a repair and service, all clean and working beautifully, the gears had never been quite right after its previous service and now they slide beautifully. My daughter's bike was only booked for a puncture repair, but the guy (sorry, don't remember your name) had also straightened her bent handle bars, even though we hadn't mentioned them. Excellent, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thank you
