A great group of people provide great service. They've built custom wheels for me, painted a bike frame, they always have the parts I want. Cloud9 is always my first call for anything bike related

Quick and efficient. Checked my bike besides replacing a derailleur hanger. Got a quick response when I contacted them and got my bike ready for the summer.

I was after some Hunt wheels on cycle to work and was recommended Cloud 9 by Hunt as being an official stockist. I got in touch with Adam who was super helpful throughout the process. The best thing about Cloud 9 is the efficiency - Adam replied to my emails within a day, ordered my wheels for me straight away, and refunded me as soon as my cycle to work voucher came through. Really pleased with the service. Caught sight of the workshop when I came in and it looks really well kept - I will definitely come here if I need any work done in the future!

I’ve been using cloud 9 cycles on store street for some time now and I’m very pleased with their repairs or even advice when I’ve needed some about my bike. I will always give these lovely people over 6and a half starts out of 5.
They have been amazingly helpful and kind towards any situation I’ve been in regarding any problems I’ve had with my bikes! And I would definitely recommend their services to anyone that should need repairs or even advice on either their product or their own if bought from anywhere else!

Great experience, given knowledge and impeccable customer service experience.
I took my bike to Cloud 9 for a check up having gear changing issues, they looked over the bike and started working on it straight away explaining the derailleur hanger being bent and made the perfect adjustments.
I would totally recommend having your bike checked over and if needed a service.

Long story short, a big bike chain messed up my dynamo light wiring. I took it to Cloud 9 cycles and they did a professional job with the repair/re-wiring. They have excellent customer service and communication too! Highly recommended!

Great bike shop and customer care. Went for fixing the threads in the front axle and very kindly they fixed the issue plus some minor adjustments free of charge because it was a quick fix and no parts needed!

Best bike shop in the world. The team have looked after me since they started up in a Camden railway arch. My custom built Lynskey still turns heads on the streets and their service offer is great value. Thanks #cloud9cycles
