Regents street’s Pinarello store is the most incredible bicycle store I have ever seen. The perfect complement for the amazing bikes that Pinarello build. This store incapsulates the essence of Pinarello with absolute Souplesse. Curatorial perfection!
On entering Pinarello Regent Street I was greeted with a smile by a lovely gent, Joe Deacon. He was excited to introduce me to the gallery like interior and keen to give me a tour and answer any questions I had.
The tour ended at the rear of the store with Tris. Tris is the most incredible workshop technician. With knowledge bursting from every crevice I could tell my pride and joy would be safe in his hands.
I left with not only a bike that has never ridden better but also with a smile and satisfaction that I have found a family for life. Long live Pinarello regent street- forever Souplesse.

Visited the shop because I wanted to see the Pinarello I was interested in buying and I got given some great advise. Ended up buying my dream bike for a great price. Both the guys working couldn’t do enough for me, I could not have had a better purchasing experience. If you are looking at a Pinarello, go visit them. Picture is of my bike when I collected it :)

Picked up my Dogma F12 yesterday (with disc brakes & mechanical Campag s/record group set). I'm absolutely over the moon with the bike. It's everything I wanted it to be and more. The shop (and Andy in particular) were brilliant from start to finish. No detail was too small, and Andy's patience and understanding to get the fit and the spec just how I wanted, was amazing. Made me feel like a pro! This will be a bike I will treasure. Many thanks

Having had a bad experience with my nearest Pinarello-stocking bike shop (in Cirencester), and then with the second nearest... I ended up placing an order for a Dogma F with The Pinarello Store in London. I'm so glad I did.

By stark contrast to what's gone before, dealing with this lovely bunch of guys has been an absolute pleasure throughout. Andy handled my order impeccably, kept updating me (on his own initiative) on expected delivery and build times, and ensured that the spec was spot on - no mean feat these days, with interminable supply issues and inevitable delays. Tristan, the shop technician, is brilliant, and has just completed the first service with incredible professionalism and attention to detail. Everyone in the store is a fanatical cyclist and a fountain of knowledge and good advise; Jake, the bike fitter, is a star; and every visit to the store has left me with a smile. If you want to get a Pinarello, in my experience this is absolutely the place to do so.

Should you want to get a Pinarello? Yes. The bike itself is just sublime. The way it combines seemingly contrasting qualities - great stiffness with decent comfort, aerodynamics with low weight (a smidge under 6.8 kg (!) for my size 515 disc in Black on Black with DA 9200 and DA C36 wheelset); telepathic and playful handling yet not a hint of twitchiness - is black (on black) magic!

My journey with the Andy and the team in Pinarello (London) started a year ago when after a really detailed bike fit, I placed an order for a Dogma F. Global supply issues meant that the frame set delivery was delayed twice (and had to abandon the original SRAM groupset for shimano) but throughout the whole process, Andy always kept me updated. Just when I was about to give up, the order finally came through and I couldn’t be happier with the bike and in the first instance, the professionalism and friendliness of the team including Declan. They are just so knowledgeable, no question was too stupid and they were incredibly generous with thier time and advice. The finished bike is just beautiful and though the delay in delivery could not be helped by the London team, I am so glad that I waited. Right to the end, the attention to detail (Tristan the mechanic is ace) and the finishing by Andy in accordance with the year old bike fit was brilliant. Patience was rewarded in the end and I couldn’t be happier. Brill team

Fantastic experience. From bike fitting, to parts upgrade or bike maintenance, Tristan, Declan and Jake take the bike riding experience to a new level. Great job guys. And the coffee is good too 😉

Great friendly service from Declan and Tristan who sorted me out (free of charge) with a screw for my mudguard which had come loose on my way into work. Thanks again!

Like many of the reviewers, I too had to wait an extremely long time for my bike (Pinarello F) - due to global shortages, supply chain problems etc. This was beyond Pinarello's control. However, throughout the waiting process, Andy Dodds kept me informed, responded to my questions and showed great patience and empathy. When I finally collected my bike, the handover process was extremely thorough and attentive. It was, by far, the best new bike handover we have ever experienced. Not once in the store did we have the impression that we were in the way or asking silly questions; it was a very professional, friendly and caring procedure. Declan too, was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinarello London Store to any cyclist.
