Great service from AJ Cycles, a localbike shop with good old fashined face to face customer service. My Trek Crockett 2020 was built quite quickly (even during lockdown and the increased demand for bikes), was available for me to test and try out for size before purchasing

I purchased my e bike May this year after changing my mind on a hybrid. I had originally ordered a small hybrid but with Covid the delays on building bikes took ages. Paul and his team were in touch with me during this time with updates. Then they said yes it was in store ready for collection but during the wait I had changed my mind. They were brilliant and said there wasn’t any issues and they ordered me my E bike . They let me try one out before ordering and couldn’t have been more helpful . I have now been riding around the countryside finding lovely villages to stop and have a drink. I absolutely love my bike.
Paul and the team said I can come back if I have any queries and they will sort it but so far none . I have sent a few friends over to AJ Cycles to purchase their bikes too. Best shop to go if you want good service friendly faces and any help with buying a decent bike

Had a problem with the gears on my Trek, AJ’s were super busy but fitted it in and rectified the problem within a couple hours. The staff are awesome, products amazing and prices so competitive I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great shop great experience.

The service I received was brilliant. Dealt with my needs efficiently and in a timely manner. It was even cheaper than I expected. Staff were polite and informative and we even had some banter too. Thanks very much

Purchased waterproof mtb trousers late December that weren’t part of the January sale. Paul emailed me to say that he had applied a 30% discount to the purchase as they would be going in to the sale in January. (He didn’t have to do this and I would’ve been non the wiser) so the trousers that were £149.99 are now somewhere around £100. This is the sort of service I could get used to. Will deffo recommend to daily and friends. Really happy customer here. Thank you once again Paul. :)
