Amazing Service. I needed a spoke replaced and wheel aligned thanks to surrey’s potholed roads.

Arrived at 10:15 on Saturday. Taking part in the London to Brighton Charity ride the next day so was panicking I wouldn’t have a bike but was all ready within the hour.

This bike shop was used on Facebook Marketplace by a seller called John Morales to scam buyers. Thankfully NatWest tracked my payment to them and called me as suspected victim of scam so they refunded me and everything went well. The payment has probably been flagged on the bank system as this might not be his first time scamming buyers. John gave me the bank details of Jamie, claiming he was the owner of the bike shop in Ashford where he works.

Took a cruiser bike in for a service. I'd been tinkering with it and just made it worse. All work carried out very quickly and exactly as I requested. The tech gave a rundown of what he'd done and walked the bike out of the shop for me. Will use again. Good service.

Never been to the bike shop, I am sure it's great but someone is using their name to scam people. Aftab Hussain on Facebook Marketplace is selling bike parts and gives the name and banking details of the supposed owner of the shop but the goods never appear. On googling of the shop I saw the feedback from another user with the same story.

took my bike there this morning which had suffered loose spokes causing the wheel to become seriously unstable, within 30 mins they had repaired the wheel and gave it a check up to ensure it was roadworthy, feels as good as new now
